Because of the limitation of Chinese bamboo poles, builders have found only limited uses for bamboo as a construction material. Our Tam Vong and Tre Gai Bamboo poles are structurally solid and can be used for many types of construction applications. With an incredible high tensile strength rivaling that of steel, our poles are routinely used for structual applications. The bamboo team offers several species - solid and hollow in a wide range of sizes and diameters. The poles are offered either milled or unmilled, with many finishing options to choose from. All poles are PRESSURE TREATED with boron to eliminate the threat of insects - particulary the powder post beetle. This treatment adds the further benefit of additional mold resistance.
